Laurèn DeMates is a sustainability professional committed to improving the environmental impact of government, corporations, and
individuals. Her work has included applying behavioral and social science-based strategies to increase energy efficiency in the federal government and assisting companies collect and analyze corporate social responsibility (CSR) metrics. Laurèn is also a LEED Green Associate and is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area focusing on CSR performance and responsible investment.

- Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo. Concentration in Cross-Cultural Studies and International Development and minors in Spanish and Anthropology/Geography.
Rosaly is a Florida native whose experience in sustainability dates back to her childhood days participating in the beach clean-ups that her father, an environmental engineer, put on twice a year. s currently living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, working for the UNDP World Centre for Sustainable Development (RIO+ Centre).
