Laurèn DeMates is a sustainability professional committed to improving the environmental impact of government, corporations, and
individuals. Her work has included applying behavioral and social science-based strategies to increase energy efficiency in the federal government and assisting companies collect and analyze corporate social responsibility metrics. Laurèn is also a LEED Green Associate and currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Rosaly is a Florida native whose experience in sustainability dates back to her childhood days participating in the beach clean-ups that her father, an environmental engineer, put on twice a year.
